Blue Eyes
Am I the only one who actually loves wearing blue eyeshadow? A lot of people say it’s dated and 80’s but when done right, I think it can be lovely. I’ve used the On Cloud 9 Wet n’ Wild trio in pieces but never done a look using all three colors together. Here’s the look:
