It’s a makeup and brush line developed by a You Tube Beauty Vlogger. She has eyeshadows, gel liners, pigments, brushes and new blushes and everything is really solid and AFFORDABLE. Check it out! But back to my friend Utopia…Every time I have a party to go to lately, I’m busting out this bad boy. It’s one of the most unique colors I’ve ever run across. So much so that it’s hard to describe but if I had to come up with something I would say antiqued gold. I’m telling you girls, put this on your eyes and your instantly party ready! It’s my love!
